Let’s talk about rompers, they are back, with avengence. I have long been on the hunt for one (who doesn’t want a comfy one piece shorts-tank combo) and I finally found not one but two that I like.
I found a casual patterned romper for the everyday (the beach, vacation – I’m a sucker for racerback anything) at Target, of all places.
And a fancier one that can be dressed up with heels for a night out or paired with cute sandals for a day of shopping (although it would be torturous getting that thing on and off each time you went into the dressing room).
I also love this chic floral one, perfect for those summer weddings.
Or this strapless version, you can easily pull over a bathing suit on vacation.
Rompers are also suitable for work (how versatile these little beauts are). I love this pantsuit version (I guess they call these jumpsuits, but romper is so much more fun to say).
The options are endless! There are many a good ol’ romp out there, but finding the right one can be tough. My advice is to watch out for the waistline – too high could make the rear look too long and frumpy, too short in the torso could make the shorts too short, no waistline and it could make for a whole lot of no definition (one big shirt with shorts in the bottom). It all depends, thats why you have to try them out! See what is best/comfiest/most flattering on you and take it! And have a good ol’ romp, you deserve it!
