Pineapple Pieces

My parents have always been obsessed with pineapples, and I guess they are trendsetters because these little tropical fruits are popping up everywhere. Those trendy parents of mine have a pineapple doorknocker, a stenciled pineapple mailbox, a really cool 3D art piece in the shape of a pineapple and pineapple pillows (they are classier than I am making them sound, but you get the gist). They have always been around for me and I love that I am seeing them all over now. I’ve always loved their funky shape and color combination (and their taste, obviously) they make for perfect patterns and pieces (P is a common theme in this post, watch out).

I have a confession: I bought this already, that’s how much I love it and why I wanted to share it with you.

  1. I’m a pineapple freak too. They are supposed to be the symbol of welcoming! (Probably explains your parents door knocker.) I’m looking for a giant brass pineapple chandelier…I know it’s out there!! I love your blog by the way. 🙂
