Who knew a cake without flour could be so good! Sugar, butter, chocolate and egg = delicious cake. I made these little mini flourless chocolate cakes this week (I was really craving chocolate) and they hit the spot. It’s nice to have an easy delicious recipe in your back pocket to whip up at a moment’s notice, and it’s even better when it looks so fancy!

I used this recipe but put the batter into a greased muffin tin and cooked them for 15 minutes instead of 25. I flipped them onto a cooling rack and they turned out to be the perfect sized sweet treat for the middle of the week.
Voila – chocolate masterpiece that took no time at all to make!
